What’s a caper berry? Caper berries taste tangy and briny, like a mild version of a caper. The berries are much larger than capers and have seeds inside, which adds a crunch to their texture. Their elegant stems make them suited to using as elegant garnishes (they are a beautiful addition to a martini!)
