Buffet dining is heating up at Sam’s Town. The Firelight Buffet features a wide variety of food items located on several different display cooking areas, including open rotisseries, omelet stations and carving stations. The buffet even has its own bar. Variable lighting will create a bright atmosphere by day, and softer, more intimate dining experience by night.
